Rock ‘n’ Roll Summer 2013 Dresses

ANNA SUI hosted an evening of rock ‘n’ roll for her spring/summer 2013 runway show - even the invite could have been mistaken for a Sex Pistols album cover. This is a designer, after all, known for her penchant to mix her downtown New York roots (this season, punk rock) with historic references (and this time French interior designer Madeleine Castaing). This season was a medley of eccentric prints by way of Castaing’s visual taste and ripped fishnet tops that would have felt at home in a Seventies East Village DIY music venue.
